Corsica

Only slightly larger than Sansara, Corsica is officially the largest continent in Second Life. Corsica is also one of the newest on the grid and has featured only a small scattering of airports since its creation. Most airports are typically clustered along the southern coastal regions as mid-continent crossings can be dangerous.

Extremely high peaks and mountainous passes dominate the central core of Corsica and can elevate ban-lines well into the clouds. To the North of the continent is the Second Life Memorial Park, a place devoted to remembrances of friends and avatars long past. Corsica is connected to the Gaeta V continent to the east, and Nautilus to the south.
