Moderate Services Airfields are defined as having:

• Paved level runway.
• Generally provides some form of temporary parking.
• May or may not provide high-altitude airport beacon.
• Control Tower or other runway level airport marker.

Is in third category (3), and is subdivided in three others, if it is at ground (3g), on a platform (3p) or in the sky (3s).
