Non-continental Airports are airports which are not directly connected to one of the major linden-designed (official) continents. Usually they are situated on one of several sim regions linked together into a small to mid-sized, privately-operated, free-floating landmass. Three of the largest aviation-friendly landmasses are the Yumix Estate, the Meisterbastler-Kreis Estate, and the Independent State of Caledon. This category of airport can also contain isolated sims - single, remote, free-floating sims unconnected to anything else.
