Background
Created in early 2015, Exhara Airport & Harbor is a large floating skyport situated at 300m. The skyport is directly connected to a private aviation facility, Heather Airstrip, and occupies approximately 3/4 of the region with the remaining space used by its neighbour.
The airport is equipped with two parallel 255m x 32m runways with tri-color visual approach slope indicator (VASI). To the south of the runways there is a large apron with three tie-down spaces, and a large metal hangar. In late March 2015, the facility demolished its modest ATC building in favour of a small glazed terminal with integrated ATC tower. As its name suggests, there is a large marina at sea-level, equipped with numerous rental docks and two helipads.
