The North American T-28 Trojan (ICAO: T28 / WAKE: LIGHT) is a piston-engined military trainer aircraft. Created in Second Life by Outcast Aerospace Industries and powered by Shana Carpool Aircrafts, the aircraft was based on the real-life T-28 Trojan, produced for the United States armed forces by North American.

The real-life North American T-28 Trojan was a piston-engined military trainer aircraft used by the United States Air Force and United States Navy beginning in the 1950s and continuing into the early 1980s. Besides its use as a trainer, the T-28 was successfully employed as a Counter-insurgency (COIN) aircraft, primarily during the Vietnam War.[1]
