Port Calleta Intercontinental Airport (ICAO: SLCI) is a small public airport in the Cecropia region of south Heterocera Atoll.

Background

Port Calleta Intercontinental Airport replaced Calleta City Airport, on land purchased from Ralf Haifisch, by Debi Dastardly and Starbuckk Serapis, in August 2017. The airport was originally named "Smugglers Port". Debi and Starbuckk sold the airport to Neil Langdon in 2018. The airport was then purchased from Neil by Nova Quine in May of 2019. The name was changed to Port Calleta Intercontinental Airport. In 2021 the airport was sold to Angel Navarro who made significant modifications. The airport changed hands again in July 2023, being sold back to Starbuckk Serapis, one of the original founders.

Port Calleta serves the southern Heterocera continent, and is also a major hub for transportation connections in Heterocera and Sansara. Typical of this area, the facility is surrounded by extensive railway networks. The airfield enjoys direct access to Protected Waterways, and the surrounding sims are also generally safe for air traffic.

The airport provides service to aircraft flying the intercontinental link between Heterocera and Sansara ( ANWR strait).

There are a limited number of premium rentals including, hangars, ticket counters and boat slips. Sailors and seaplane pilots can use our public dock and there is a large dockside helipad.

Port Calleta hosts an extensive underground tunnel system. Access through Vinnie's Nest below the main terminal, or one of the dockside entrance points. The tunnels are also accessible from Calleta Union Station as well as entrances in the Old Port Calleta area west of the GSLR rail line.

Across the region border at Calleta Union Station, passengers can catch a Gridhound bus, or hop aboard one of the pod services that run along the rail lines in Heterocera.

Several Airlines, including Vulture Air, LethJet, Santori Air and HM Quimby provide service in and out of Port Calleta. Check with your airline for schedules.
